Our site survey is an important part of the process when it comes to printing and installing site hoarding. We don’t charge you for the site survey as we think it is crucial. Even before designing your hoarding, the site survey can save you a huge amount of time and money. Both the design stage and the installation of your hoarding can be carried out far quicker.

Why have a site survey?

Our free site surveys for hoarding installations are undertaken across the UK. This includes a full measure-up of existing hoarding, but more crucially the rise and fall of the hoarding panels. We take a millimetre accurate recording of the flow of the hoarding and translate this into scale, diagrammatic ‘Adobe InDesign’ file. This can be used by your (or our) designers to create perfect, flowing graphics across the width of the hoarding.

By doing the site survey we can also prevent panels becoming mismatched, with text appearing at different levels. This is a common problem we see with printed hoarding. It comes across as unprofessional and reflects badly on your site. It can also be costly to put right, with boards having to be reprinted and time spent reinstalling them.

The site survey also takes into account obstructions such as trees, bushes and lampposts. These will then be report on in the scaled schematic design used for design. The hoarding panels can then be designed around these, thus ensuring your message to the public isn’t obscured.
